Took my 2011 Dodge Charger to get transmission fluid changed and I must admit I was really impressed with not only the customer service but the honest feedback they gave back...I will not only be coming back for myself and family I will have all my friends also come here for not only transmission work but brakes, oil changes and any other repair you name!!!

I contacted a few places before contacting Mr. Transmission about my clutch needing to be replaced. I needed help and I needed it fast. When I arrived there, they immediately made me feel comfortable and helped me understand what was needed instead of giving me the runaround like other places. They are an awesome shop I just don’t let anyone work on my anniversary edition 2015 Ford Mustang GT these guys are the real deal tuning performance work on transmission and clutch guys are awesome so for me to say this on my baby it’s a great place to take your car or truck was referred also by a friend who swears by them

I called Mr. Transmission because I had a issue with my transmission. Over the phone initially he seemed very nice. But when I got up there to the shop and went to the waiting room a man who I assume is the owner told me he would be with me in one moment. He was on the telephone at the time. I waited patiently in the waiting room for him but after 10 minutes of waiting I realized he was on a personal call. After about 15 minutes of waiting while he took a personal call I left. I took off of work early to drive over there only to have to leave.
