Steve is the owner. He went over everything and explained the process without being condescending or disrespectful. He was quite knowledgeable and open to all of my questions. Got told my car had multi misfire and got told I needed a new transmission only thing wrong with my transmission that was 3 quarts low

My 2007 PT Cruiser was approaching 60,000 miles (low mileage). I didn’t know what rear differential, axels, fluid types, etc, meant. Only that it was time to take it in! Steve, a wonderful guy, explained to us the different meanings, and what was necessary, and should be done. Within one day, Steve gave us an estimate, we accepted, and three days later, all accomplished. Steve also suggested that I should drive it more often, because infrequent use may lead to different mechanical problems. Thank you again, Steve ! By the way, all this happened just prior to Hurricane Ian coming through/around, so my review is a little late.

Highly Recommend Transmission Hero, they have earned my business for life. My Lexus had the check engine and 4lo warning lights, which was alarming as it could have been a challenging issue. I first took my car to the dealership and they advised it would be $8K to replace my transmission. I called transmission hero for a second opinion.
