Transmission Repair in Clay County

Absolute garbage!!!!! They literally were unable to find ONE sensor that was unplugged in the back of my transmission and still charged me $185! If I could rate ZERO stars, I would, especially after they kept my truck for OVER a week and "couldn't find" what was wrong; meaning they didn't even try! (Drove fine around the block, but didn't shift into 3rd gear!) My brother who works at Tire Kingdom was able to find it after an hour of looking at it. These people are an absolute joke and just looking to rob you while doing nothing!

I highly recommend this company. I have a 2009 Toyota Tundra with 275K miles. I had my transmission rebuilt and they did a amazing job! The owner gave me the opportunity to go back and see the rebuild process. My truck now runs like a champ. Thanks Transmission Hero for a job well done!

Great honest shop, they quoted a price it could reach after looking over my daughters transmission (which was already half as expensive as the Toyota dealership) it didnt cost as much as quoted, being we were ready to pay the amount they quoted, it costing less was a great surprise, since then we have put over 1000 miles on the car with no leaks or problems, told everyone I know to go to these guys for transmission needs!

Really sweet old southern man running this, i don't know a thing about cars and my transmission busted; he helped me get my car fixed quick while being kind and explanatory with me. Cost was less than quoted, and WAY less than anywhere else

Ripoff! Vehicle is worse than when we brought it in. Asked for credit back and got cussed at. I will report to BBB. Refused to even let us do a test drive till we paid and lied and said he drove it but never did. Horrible angry guy who just lies and should be put out of business.
