Tried to fix my issue and ended up costing me more money with another fix.. had good intentions but it just didn't work out. Recommend you go elsewhere... Not going to bother reading his comment below. This was just my experience. It wasn't good. Not sure why your bringing my family into this when my wife had nothing to do with this review. It's just business. Shame on you. You should have asked her to put a nice review instead.
Why don’t you be honest Rick. This company did nothing wrong to you! Rick Johnson , You and Tori begged me for over two weeks to help you when you first came to our shop you had your car at several other shops that one you said had a transmission problem in your 2012 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 75k miles on it. We diagnosed & drove it for over a week no transmission problems at all you, but you did have five cylinder misfires out of eight your car was running horrible and I told you and Tori that if you fixed this and did a transmission service we would check for signs of damage before I fixed the plugs coils and engine flush on your top end first it would run a lot better. Keep this in mind you never at this time had transmission problem but you and Tori said omg Rick listen to how nice it sounds it’s got its growl back yes it was absolutely perfect. Two weeks later you said the transmission slipped again. Again for another week we drove and you authorized us for free to drive it anywhere just help me solve the problem you said. We had this mustang in the shop about 3 times in total you begged me to help you. Well it took a very long time for us to get a gear ratio in first gear code it had problem with transmission. I was absolutely shocked. I called you and told you we didn’t fix the transmission and you got made when you wanted a refund two weeks later for the tune up we did and you give me a bad review on a car which we spent hours and hours trying to help you for free mind you. Well you kept bringing it back to figure out what you said you were feeling in the transmission and now we are the bad guys because we actually finally found a transmission problem after a month of you bringing it in and triple checking it three times. Shame on you both Rick & Tori. We didn’t tear it up we just found the problem for free and you want to give my company a one star review. Shame on you both. You act like we made you spend more money truth is it was a tune up you paid for a flush on the top end and a transmission service. Never authorized the second repair.
